Price changes

The Studio reserves the right to adjust prices. Multiple tickets already purchased remain valid at the agreed price.

Course offer, opening hours

The course times of Light Space Movement Strala Studio (opening hours), as well as the current course and event offers are published on the website (www.lightspacemovement.com) and updated continuously.

Individual offers such as personal training (individual lessons), events or workshops are services to be booked and remunerated separately, which are not included in the general offer of use of the studio. The remuneration is based on the respective agreed tariff.

Multiple cards entitle the user to a certain number of course visits, e.g. ten-card (10-card), "All-you-can-do-yoga" month (Unlimited Month). Cancellation is not possible.

Multiple cards are personalized, valid for one person and not transferable to third parties. A transferability for special reasons (moving to another city, persistent illness against a medical certificate) is possible in individual cases after prior consultation.

The 10x card holds 10 participations in open classes and is valid for 3 months.

"All-you-can-do-yoga" month (Unlimited Month) cards have a limited validity:

1 month, running from day of first use (e.g. January 15, to February 14) regardless of the length of the month.

Paid monthly cards expire after the expiration date. Refund of paid fees is excluded.

The studio reserves the right to adjust the course offer or the opening hours, as well as guides in a reasonable way. Workshops, education and training events, as well as yoga retreats, cannot be redeemed by multiple tickets.

Payment

The booking of our single, multiple tickets, events, workshops, retreats and trainings can be made either on site in cash at the studio or by card payment or on account by bank transfer. This also holds for marble stripes jewelry.

The stated schedule of open class offerings is adjusted weekly on the website, and the studio takes the liberty to implement this in a timely manner without prior notice.

The daily updated schedule posted online at our website www.lightspacemovement.de will apply. We are not responsible for any references to our course offerings/class times by third party vendors.

Cancellation of classes and course units

The studio makes every effort to have all class offerings take place and to find substitutes in the event of an instructor's illness, vacation, or continuing education, or to mark these as cancellations as early as possible. This will be communicated via our website www.lightspacemovement.de.

In case of a firmly booked course or workshop, the participants will receive, after agreement and indication of a valid email contact, a direct email from the studio about the cancellation,- and/ or replacement date. The cancellation of a course hour does not entitle the participants to a reduction of the fee. For fixed courses an alternative date will be offered.

The studio is entitled to determine 2 weeks within each year rebuilding work or closure and / or course minimization for internal reasons. 14-day company vacations are not affected by this. All closure, or minimization times will be announced in good time by notice and via our website www.lightspacemovement.com, without affecting the terms of payment. This applies in particular to short-term closure and maintenance work.

The studio is entitled to reduce the course offer to an appropriate level during the statutory school vacations in NRW. This includes especially parallel running courses during the evening hours.

The studio reserves the right to hold training and workshops with external guides, if necessary, in alternative rooms at a reasonable distance from Light Space Movement Strala Studio, Gerresheimer Str. 33, 40211 Düsseldorf. An alternate location will be communicated to the customers in this case promptly before the start of the event by email (after agreement and indication of a valid email contact, as well as indicated on the website on the respective page.

Health - personal responsibility and liability

Every user needs to take care of his physical limits, his strain and health condition as well as himself responsibly. In the case of existing physical infirmities and health disorders or limitations that could affect his ability, even if the user considers them minor, he is responsible for his own actions. The provider/yoga teacher does not assume any liability of any kind, also not for any resulting consequences.

In case of special problems, such as physical infirmities, previous operations, problems during pregnancy, psychotherapeutic/psychiatric treatment, please be sure to discuss your participation with your doctor beforehand. The guides do not make any diagnoses.

The guide is not liable for personal injury, property damage or financial loss. The guide is not liable for any damage to health that course participants may suffer as a result of taking part in the courses offered, nor for accidents that are their own fault. The provider is not liable for any valuables or property brought along by the participants.

Terms of payment AGB

The online registration is an official booking and purhcase and binds to the stated payment and refund modalities.

Registration for our workshops is possible in writing via email, social media (e.g. Instagram) and by phone message (e.g. What's App). Payment can be made either in cash or by credit card or on account via bank transfer.
