light. space. movement. is a method, an approach, which gives you tools to move better, in tune with your body, connect to self, and create relaxation. It teaches you to break limiting or injuring habits, which allows you to create new movement patterns, change and grow.

It builds on different teachings ranging from the technique of using relaxation response and breath-body-connection work derived from Strala yoga, Chi Gong and Tai Chi, as well as movement patterns from animal movement, natural movement. On top of this, Alexandra’s own healing journey, work with clients and further education from the TU Munich, have been important in developing a method that pulls together the benefits of active relaxation (which not only speaks to the nervous system, but also helps to reduce inflammatory responses), mindfulness and awareness, a positive relationship with self and the concept of sustainable movement, which not only widens your range of mobility, but also can be very enabling and healing.

The method is structured around 6 main concepts, its fundamental pillars:

These are especially worked on in depth in the formats private classes, workshops, trainings as well as the retreats.
